Reflection

To which of the angels did God ever say.
“Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet”?
Are not angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?
                                                                                                                                                        Hebrews 1:13-14

There is a sense in which angels are irrelevant. If your focus is on angels, then you’ve badly missed the point. The message of Hebrews 1 is that our focus shouldn’t be on angels but on Jesus. It’s Jesus to whom we pray, Jesus who helps us and Jesus who receives our praise.
